Foot RN, LLC provides professional mobile foot care services, including but not limited to nail trimming, callus care, diabetic foot care, and general foot health consultations. Services are provided in accordance with industry standards and professional guidelines.

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system.
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.

• Clients must provide accurate medical history and disclose any conditions that may affect foot care services.
• Clients must ensure a safe and sanitary environment for service provision.
• Foot RN, LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if the client has any contagious infections.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal.
• Any outstanding balances must be settled before booking future appointments.

• Foot RN, LLC provides foot care services and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
• Clients acknowledge that foot care services do not replace medical care provided by a physician or podiatrist.
• Foot RN, LLC is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

• We respect your privacy and handle all personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• No client information will be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

• All tools and equipment are sanitized per industry standards.
• Our providers follow strict hygiene and infection control practices to ensure client safety.

Foot RN, LLC reserves the right to terminate services for any client who:

• Fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
• Engages in inappropriate behavior towards staff.
• Poses a risk to health and safety.

Foot RN, LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
